The National Oil Corporation,Libyan Petroleum Institute and Petroleum Training and Qualifying Institute has the honor of organizing the first international Petroleum - Environmental Conference and Exhibition  on the theme “ Towards a Cleaner  Petroleum Industrial Environment”. Global concern about our common future in the oil business, focusing on eco-efficiency and cleaner production, is a central element in our march towards the sustainability.

Organizing and scientific committees cordially invite all interested persons to submit an abstract on any topic related to the main theme of the conference. It is intended that the IPEC 2008 should become a gathering of professionals, producers and experts dealing with environmental issues . This will provide an ideal forum  for discussing environmental progress made in oil & gas  industries across the world in general, and Libya  in particular.
